C. Dar Nelson, has been a CPA since 1987. He started his career at big 4 firm Peat Marwick with an emphasis in financial auditing. Having this beginning gives him an edge on ‘where to look” for potential issues within a business. In his experience as both CFO and COO positions his knowledge and expertise encompasses multi-company corporate accounting, software companies, billing and collections, auto dealerships, healthcare services, manufacturing and medical devices. Dar’s personality sets him apart from your typical accountant, and you’ll feel you’ve met a friend for life after your consultation. His desire to help people is his true passion.
Brooke Nelson, has 20+ years experience from helping small business start ups to leading staff members, as an accounting manager of multi-million dollar companies. Her attention to detail is one of her many strong suits in addition to handling situations in a calming and kind manner.
