C. Dar Nelson, has been a CPA since 1987. He started his career at big 4 firm Peat Marwick with an emphasis in financial auditing. Having this beginning gives him an edge on ‘where to look” for potential issues within a business. In his experience as both CFO and COO positions his knowledge and expertise encompasses multi-company corporate accounting, software companies, billing and collections, auto dealerships, healthcare services, manufacturing and medical devices. Dar’s personality sets him apart from your typical accountant, and you’ll feel you’ve met a friend for life after your consultation. His desire to help people is his true passion.
Brooke Nelson, has 20+ years experience from helping small business start ups to leading staff members, as an accounting manager of multi-million dollar companies. Her attention to detail is one of her many strong suits in addition to handling situations in a calming and kind manner. You’ll see right off the bat that she has your best interests in mind and loves working to problem solve. She can integrated into your team with ease and tends to also be an administrative arm for her clients.
